- Strong experience of working directly with clients, ensuring expectations are managed and met
- You already have experience in managing projects from kick-off to launch
- You can work with clients, designers and developers
- Proven ability to work well under pressure, with a high degree of flexibility and fluidity
- Demonstrate an objective-focused and positive approach, comfortable working independently, and self-driven
- You possess strong project, process and time management skills
- You are an outgoing and open-minded person
- Interest in Graphic Design & Visual Communication
- Experience with different project management tools (Asana, Slack, etc.)
Skills / Qualifications:
- Great educational background, preferably in the fields of business or media for project managers
- Proven working experience as a project administrator
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in managing large scale projects
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and German & the ability to work cohesively within a team and/or effectively as an individual
